Ten clients. One inbox that keeps them apart.

For agencies

Several clients at once, contractors who come and go, and stakeholders who need to approve an email without becoming a user of anything. Mailclutch is shaped around all three.

  • One inbox for every client

Staging emails for six clients land in the same test mailbox, and everyone greps for the right one.

A project per client, each with its own SMTP credentials. A developer joining a project sees that client's email and nothing else.

  • Clients can't see anything

Approving a template means screenshots in a chat thread — or an account for someone who will log in twice.

Share a single email or a whole project as a link. No account, no seat, and a password if the content is sensitive.

  • Everyone pays separately

Per-client tools mean per-client invoices, and nobody remembers to cancel when a project ends.

One organization, one subscription, unlimited projects. Closing a client is deleting a project, not cancelling a plan.

  • It looks like someone else's tool

The review link you send a client is covered in a vendor's branding.

White label from the Team plan: the review page carries your name and logo, on a domain of yours such as sandbox.youragency.com. Not a word about us.

The shape of an agency, in four steps.

How it fits

  1. One organization for the agency

Your agency is the organization. It holds the subscription, the members and every project. Nobody needs a second account for a second client.

  2. One project per client or environment

Each project has its own SMTP credentials and its own address at @mailclutch.com — so a misconfigured staging environment can never write into another client's inbox.

  3. Invite only who needs to be there

Access is granted per project. The contractor working on one client's onboarding flow sees that project only. Remove them and the access goes with them.

  4. Send the client a link

When a template is ready for approval, share it. The client opens a page, sees the email as it will arrive, and never creates an account. You keep the seat count — and the bill — to your actual team.

What it costs an agency.

Worth knowing

  • Client data stays in the EU

Staging mailboxes are full of real personal data. Everything Mailclutch stores lives in the Paris region, which is usually the answer your client's legal team is looking for.

  • Nothing reaches the client's users

Captured email is never relayed. You can point a staging environment full of production-like addresses at Mailclutch without a sanitisation step.

  • Ready for the security review

A signed DPA, named subprocessors and a security page written for the person who will forward it to their legal team.

  • Three roles, nothing to configure

Admins run billing and members. Members work on every project. Guests — the contractor, the client's developer — see only the projects you grant them, read-only or with credentials. Custom roles are on the roadmap and marked as such on the pricing page.

Give every client their own inbox.
